AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT

We, LUCIANO PATIGAYON married to Carmen Secuya and


Roberto A. Secuya Jr., widower both of legal age and residents of Bacay,
Tulay, Minglanilla having been duly sworn pursuant to law, hereby
depose and state:

That we are the owner and claimant of a parcel of land covered by


Tax Declaration number 0128-29466 covering Lot No. 6536 Located at
Tulay, Minglanilla, Cebu registered under the name of Victoriano Secuya;

That in view of the foregoing facts, we are giving our consent to


allow Roberto U. Secuya to build residential house on the
aforementioned parcel of land;

That we executed this affidavit to attest to the above facts, and for
whatever purpose it may deem best;
