KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, INES SEGISMUNDO TUMAGAN, of legal age, Filipino, widow of CALIXTO


TUMAGAN, with residence and postal address at Ogbong Viga Catanduanes, do
hereby name, constitute and appoint MR. RENATO E. TUMAGAN, of legal age,
married, Filipino and with residence and postal address at Ogbong Viga Catanduanes,
to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to
do and perform the following special powers, to wit:

1. To verify all my lot located at Ogbong Viga Catanduanes;


2. To negotiate to corresponding agency with regards to Real Property Taxes;
3. To request a certified true copy of Transfer of Certificate of Title;
4. To request a copy of Tax Declaration Certificate;
5. To eject, remove or relieve tenants or other persons from, and recover
possession of, any property, real personal or in mix in which I know or
hereafter may have an interest;

necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and
purpose as I might or could do if personally present and acting in person; and
HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall
lawfully do and cause to be done under by virtue of these presents.
