KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That, I, NENA R. PABIA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, widow and a resident of Brgy. 4, Tolosa,
Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte, do hereby name, constitute and appoint FLORITA R. COLON, of
legal age, Filipino, and a resident of P-2 Brgy. 3, Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte, to be my true and
lawful Attorney-in-fact for my name, place and stead to do and perform the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To represent me in filing a petition for re-issuance of owner’s duplicate of Certificate of


Title no. T-9285, before the Regional Trial Court, Butuan City. Thus, she is authorized
to:

a. sign all pleadings


b. attend mediation, preliminary and pre-trial conferences
c. enter into stipulations of facts and admissions
d. enter into amicable settlement /compromise agreement
e. do all acts necessary in the accomplishment of this authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and
perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper to be done in and about the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present and acting in
person; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do and
cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
