KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale, made and executed this

business address at, hereinafter referred to as the SELLER represented

referred to as the “BUYER”;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the owner, by virtue of an Official


Receipt, with, dated and a Certificate of Registration, with C.R. No., dated
of a motor vehicle which is more particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the SELLER has offered to sell and the BUYER has
agreed to purchase the above-described property from the SELLER;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing


premises and the sum of Philippine Currency, divided into SIXTY (60) post-
dated checks, dated on the last date of each calendar month, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged and confessed, the SELLER hereby CEDES,
SELLS, TRANSFERS and CONVEYS unto the BUYER, his heirs,
successors, administrators and assigns, free from all claims, liens and
encumbrances, all his rights, title and interest on the aforementioned motor
vehicle.

The SELLER shall execute and deliver, and submit to the BUYER all
such further documents and instruments as may be necessary in order that
title over the above-mentioned property shall be transferred to and in the
name of the BUYER.
