This is the last summary worksheet for you in The Entrepreneur's Challenge, though obviously you can watch the course
anytime at your own pace because it's yours! But this is invaluable, and may be the MOST important for your success.
Because it has to do with HOW YOU ARE SHOWING UP in the world. Look - a lot of people have ideas. A lot of people
start companies. But it takes a high-performing person to GET STUFF DONE.
So how in command and effective have you been this last week? Are you performing at your absolute best on a consistent
basis? How do you stay focused and succeed over the long term without burning out? These are topics I’m deeply
passionate about. I’ve spent my life on this -- and I’ve been blessed to be named the world’s leading high performance
coach by Forbes, to get to train Oprah, Usher, Fortune 100 CEOs, Olympians, and over 2 million achievers worldwide on
high performance. So I thought you’d enjoy my 8 best ideas to help you stay productive, positive and always on your A-
game!

Day Seven Summary
1. Quarterly/Monthly Goals
The most important thing for you to do in order to maintain your productivity is to have focused
quarterly and monthly goals. Sounds simple, but this is so critical to staying on your A-game. Every
activity you plan for your week or month in your planner has a purpose if you keep your long-term goals
in mind. Every activity will have intention behind it. Recognizing your quarterly or monthly goals allows
you to weed out what activities or habits aren’t serving you or your mission over the long term. If you
want to stay motivated, keep those goals near to you and within sight! Having an overarching yearly
goal isn’t bad, but it can be harder to be motivated with something that far out in the future.
2. Morning Routine
Starting off the day right is everything. By practicing gratitude, moving your body, and focusing on your
goals for the day, this sets you up for success the rest of your afternoon and evening. Your mindset is
shifted, you feel more productive, and the projects you’re completing have meaning and intention
behind them.
3. 50-Min Block Time
Having 50-minute block times set up throughout the day is key to maintaining your energy. Work on a
task for 50 minutes and then take a break. You could stretch, get some water, go on a quick walk, etc.
These 50 minutes allow you to be concentrated and really focused on what you’re doing. You can
establish these blocks of time in the morning as part of your morning routine. Just write it down in your
planner. Tying these block times of work back to your quarterly or monthly goals makes all the
difference. If you leave your growth to randomness, you will live your life in mediocrity. That’s why it is so
important to break down your day and schedule out your goals.
4. Weekly Prep + Status + Review
Every Sunday, sit down, grab your planner, and look at the week coming up. Use your High Performance
Planner or any sort of journal to prep yourself for what’s ahead. Look at everything you have planned
and ask yourself, “Is this necessary? Is it strategic? Is this moving the needle forward?” If not, cancel it.
Also, have weekly status updates with your teams on Friday. Have your team leads send you an email
about what they’ve worked on, what they’re excited about, how their teams are working, etc. This keeps
you aware of what’s going on in your business. Lastly, use the following Sunday as a time to review your
productivity over the last week. Measuring these areas of your life on a weekly basis will give you clarity
and momentum over the long term.

Day Seven Continued
5. M.E.D.S.
You must integrate these practices into your weekly schedule. Again, this all comes back to properly taking care
of yourself. Try meditating at least ten minutes a day using the Release Meditation Technique. This releases
tension in your body. Also, incorporate some sort of exercise routine into your daily schedule to keep your body
active and healthy. Next, consider seeing a nutritionist to discuss your diet. This is a step that most people miss
because they don’t think they need professional help in this area. However, if you don’t see a nutritionist, you
really have no idea what you should be eating. You don’t know what your allergies are or where your deficiencies
are. Last point: you’ve got to get good sleep. You must have an evening routine set in place to protect your rest.
6. Intention Triggers
Having intention triggers throughout the day keeps you grounded. For example, set alarms on your phone and
label them with three words describing who you want to be—bold, dynamic, confident. Throughout your day
you’ll receive these alarms and they’ll direct your mindset. Doorway triggers are also a great practice. Every time
you walk through a doorway, say something affirming to yourself. “As I enter this doorway, I am happy. I am
centered.” You could even put post-it notes on your mirror of things reminding you of who you strive to be.
These visual cues are essential reminders to be on your A-game.
7. Delegate Everything Exercise
For the next 90 days, delegate everything on your plate. Find someone to answer your emails, help with
inventory, edit your videos, etc. Outsource or delegate everything. Great business owners have people under
them who do all their work. It’s not that you don’t contribute anything, but this allows you to focus on the big
needle-moving activities for your business. Again, this is an exercise. Just try it out and see what happens.
8. Get Coaching
You need to get somebody who not only looks at your business from a higher perspective, but can also coach
you personally. It’s so helpful to have that guidance from someone outside of your business, teaching you
personal development, providing new frameworks, and asking you questions. At the end of the day, you need
community. You need accountability partners and mentors. You do not have to be a lone entrepreneur.
