Dear Sirs,

As we agreed from the meeting that EEP, Ramboll and EPC Contractor to complete the project at time
schedule please be increasing site workers.

We, therefore, strictly inform the EPC contractor shall comply with the contractual obligation with the
above mentioned information and if the Employer finds out any breach of contract he will took a
contractual measure accordingly.
