Emergency diesel generator

Operation
Manual starting operation “using electrical starting motor”:
1- Make sure vent flap for cooling air suction.
2- Make sure inlet and return diesel oil valves.
3- Make sure emergency switch board mode switch is “MANUAL” mode.
4- Make sure water, oil and diesel oil levels are sufficient for operation.
5- Make sure starting key in place and turn to position “2” to start
generator.
6- Electrical starting motor starts diesel generator.
7- Return starting key to position “1”.
8- Pull circuit breaker handle and turn to “CLOSE” to close manually.
Manual starting operation “batteries low voltage”:
1- Make sure vent flap for cooling air suction.
2- Make sure inlet and return diesel oil valves.
3- Make sure emergency switch board mode switch is “MANUAL” mode.
4- Make sure starting key in place and turn to position “1”.
5- Use hydraulic hand pump to charge accumulator up to “100-130 Psi”.
6- Open driving unit lever to start the generator.
7- Once the generator start combustion restore lever position.
8- Pull circuit breaker handle and turn to “CLOSE” to close manually.
Automatic starting operation:
1- Starting key at position “1”.
2- When power failure occurs and emergency switch board mode switch
at “AUTO” mode, the diesel generator starts and close circuit breaker
automatically.
Manual stopping operation :
1- Pull circuit breaker handle and turn to “OPEN” to open manually.
2- Turn key to position “0” to stop the generator.
3- Start main diesel generator.
4- Turn key to position “1” and turn emergency switch board mode switch
to “AUTO” mode.
Automatic stopping operation:
When main diesel generator starts the emergency diesel generator
circuit breaker at emergency switch board “OPEN” and the generator
stops automatically.
