Is it better to live in a flat, a modern house, or old house?

Have you ever thought to live in an apartment or in a house? Nowadays, more a more people
decide to live in a modern house with a wide variety of reasons. I will discuss it later and give
my opinions about that.

On the one hand, living in an old house is said to be a big inconvenient due to the fact that
these types of house must be repaired all the time. Also, most of them are located on the
outskirts so that it makes us our life more difficult because we need to commute every single
day by our own car. It could be a little annoying day after day!

Referring to my experience, I´ve lived in a modern house the last few years and I would like to
say that it´s worth to buy a house with a wide range of facilities and devices. All these things
make our life easier and it´s a good advantages so that we have to take into account it at the
time of choosing where we´d like to live the rest of our life. This types of decision aren´t a
piece of cake!

By the end, from my point of view, living in a flat have a wide range of pros and cons. If I lived
in a flat I´d be mad because I can´t stand any noise while I´m sleeping or studying indeed. In
addition, not only have you deal with noises but you also have to pay every single months the
community´s tax. As far as I know, It´s not sometimes a little quantity of money.

To sum up, If you’re thinking about buying a house I´d recommend you to buy a modern house
near to the city center instead of invest your money in a little flat or in an old-fashion house.
Trying to save money now could be a big mistake in your future! Don´t hesitate and invest in
yourself!
