I, MERCIA U. ONRUBIA, Filipino citizen, married to OLIVER F. ONRUBIA, Filipino


citizen, both of legal ages and residents of Blk. 13 Lot 1 Brgy. Tubigan, Filinvest South, Biñan, Laguna,
after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state: That - -

1. That I am/ we are the BUYER/VENDEE in the Deed of Absolute Sale of Real property
executed between us and RUBINA M. CAJIGAL, of legal age, widow, JONAS M.
CAJIGAL married to ILONILLE ROSE V. CAJIGAL, VICOR JEREMY M. CAJIGAL,
married to VALERY JOY A. CAJIGAL and JASON M. CAJIGAL, the heirs of the late
VICTOR T. CAJIGAL with Transfer of Certificate of Title No. T-114964, notarized by
Atty. MICHAEL M. RACELIS as per Doc. No. 109, Page No. 23, Book No. VII, Series
of 2020;

2. Unfortunately, the name of my spouse OLIVER F. ONRUBIA was not duly stated
therein;

3. Through this affidavit, I hereby declare under oath that the name of my spouse is
OLIVER F. ONRUBIA and request such to be inserted or declared in the above said
document;

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the foregoing and for
whatever legal purpose the same may serve;
