(To the Prosecution’s Formal Offer of Exhibits)

Accused, thru the undersigned Public Attorney and unto this Honorable
Court, most respectfully submits the foregoing comment / objection to
prosecution’s formal offer of exhibits and alleges that:
1) Exhibit A: Sinumpaang Salaysay ng Pagdedemanda
 The document and the accusations therein are self-serving.

 Exhibit C: Sinumpaang Salaysay ng Pag-aresto Also self-


serving and immaterial.

2) Exhibit D: Spot Report on the stabbing incident


 Self-serving, immaterial and irrelevant. Notably, there is
nothing in the said document which would directly show or
support the allegation that it was the accused who stabbed the
victim.

3) Exhibit E and E-1: Photos depicting the kitchen knife


 Self-serving, immaterial and irrelevant. Notably, there is
nothing in the said document which would directly show or
support the allegation that it was the accused who stabbed the
victim.
4) Exhibit F: Medical Certificate of
 Self-serving, immaterial and irrelevant. Notably, there is
nothing in the said document which would directly show or
support the allegation that it was the accused who stabbed the
victim.

5) Exhibit G: Knife
 Self-serving, immaterial and irrelevant.

Wherefore, premises considered, accused most respectfully prays that the


foregoing exhibits be not admitted.
