                       EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This report is about my internship program with Ecera system LLC based in
Michigan, USA and Ghazipur, Delhi. In this comprehensive report I have
discussed every major aspect of the company and the work given by them to
me which I have received and completed during the tenure of my internship
program.
In this report you will find the detail about the company right along with
services provided by the company and SWOT analysis of the company is also
discussed.
During tenure of my internship, I mainly work in HR domain. As the main
purpose of internship is to learn by working in practical environment and to
apply knowledge acquired during the studies. But due to situation of Pandemic
of Covid-19 my internship is work from home. This internship report covers the
week wise work done which I have undergone through and the learning during
tenure of internship.

I have been interning as an HR at Ecera System LLC. I am taking care of end to end recruitment
process.
The HR Job Profile is extremely important for the effective HR Organization. The HR Job Profile
is not the administrative task, but they define the basic scope of the roles and responsibilities
inside the HR Team and they navigate the HR employees in their daily HR duties.
The HR Job Profile is clearly connected to the overall HR Roles and Responsibilities and they
divide the responsibilities across the individual HR employees. The employees clearly
understand their role in the HR team and they can create the value added for the organization.
Recruitment
Recruitment refers to the overall process of attracting, shortlisting, selecting and appointing
suitable candidates for jobs within an organization. Recruitment can also refer to processes
involved in choosing individuals for unpaid roles.
The process of finding and hiring the best-qualified candidate (from within or outside of an
organization) for a job opening, in a timely and cost effective manner. The recruitment
process includes analyzing the requirements of a job, attracting employees to that job,
screening and selecting applicants, hiring, and integrating the new employee to the
organization.

 Identify the vacancy in different departments and collect all the requirements

 After receiving all the requirements, job’s being posted on different job portals like
   LinkedIn, Jora, indeed etc. to attract large pool of talent.
                                 Screen the profile
  Check the profiles of applicants and look for the required skills and knowledge.
                                 Telephonic round
  Taking telephonic interview of the candidate to know about his/her knowledge
   or interest and to brief them about the internship programme.
  What are we expecting from the candidate. What exactly they are looking in that
   field, they have experience or not.
                            Final round of interview
     Final round of the interview is taken by the different team members who
      are specialized in particular domain (Web development and HR).
                               Onboarding of candidates
     After the final interview, feedback is taken from the interviewer the candidate is
      good or not then, I sent the onboarding sheet to the candidate along with the mail
      that they have to submit all the educational documents and identity proof to us.
                                Selection and offer letter
     Give the information to the candidate that he/she is selected by sending final
      selection mail along with the offer letter after receiving all the required documents

     Provide the joining date and time to the candidate and also arrange the
      orientation session.

1. Basic knowledge about the company and their functions.
2. I have learnt that how different Documents of the company are prepared like
    Offer letters, Experience letter and appreciation letters. What all important
    points, Terms and condition should be there in these letters
3. Also prepared power point presentation about the company, different policies
    followed in the organization with the help of which I had more understanding
    about what policies are generally followed and practiced in the corporate
    sector.
4. Gain knowledge of Domestic Hiring Process.
5. Learnt how to shortlist candidates through screening.
6. Better judgment of resumes for each role based on the relevance with the Job
    Description.
7. Learnt on what parameters we should judge the candidates in the interview

9. Learnt how important it is to coordinate with team and other employees of the
    company to ensure that all the staff is satisfies with the job and are doing their
