1. Digital & Graphic Designer


Core Responsibilities
● Communicate original concepts through sketches, wireframes, visual comps and
interactive prototypes
● Create global content for our industry-leading brand digital storytelling publishing
model
● Develop content that will help drive local brand relevancy to support business
objectives. And drive social activism to support social mission objectives
● Design assets and layouts for mobile, desktop and tablet
● Layout emails and web homepages
● Design for consumer packaging, brand identity, campaigns, promotions, point-of-sale,
experiential and more
● Ensure the design and all assets are delivered to specifications on time, on brief, on
budget and within established brand standards
● Sell in your designs to the project manager and other team members

What is Needed to Succeed


● BA in Digital Design (preferred) or Graphic Design
● A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital and design work
● A solid online portfolio showcasing creative design solutions
● Knowledge of emerging technologies
● Skilled in all Adobe Creative Suite programs
● Experience with and understanding of UX, UI and responsive design
● Solid understanding of advertising and marketing principles
● Able to function both independently and in a collaborative team environment
● Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving and
accountability
● Exceptional teamwork skills, able to work in a fast-paced, high-productivity
environment under tight deadlines
● Strong typography skills
● Illustration skills a plus
● Understanding of the capabilities and best practices relating to the use of front-end
web technologies
● Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically, and the ability to efficiently
manage multiple projects simultaneously

2. Associate Manager - Consumer Market Insights


Core responsibilities

● Lead or assist in the planning, coordination and implementation of local and global
research activities for a brand(s).  Scope of responsibilities includes both mix
development and customer/retail understanding.
● Develop research proposals, suggesting research methodologies
● Experiment with new tools, techniques to find and define the business opportunity
● Execute research studies; developing questionnaires; analyzing findings; and
presenting results.
● Lead and support problem-solving for the NA businesses by identifying growth
opportunities in the categories by integrating multiple data sources (continuous,
in-store observation and primary research) delivered through category deep dives,
market & category development projects and 6P /diagnostic deep dives
● Manage ad hoc research to support the needs of specific categories (eg decision
trees, shelf tests)
● Conversant with Market & Pricing insight tools and understanding market and
channel analytics, pricing tools etc. to provide meaningful guidance to leaders.
● Proficient in quantitative and qualitative primary research methods and analytic
approaches
● Suggest analytical approaches, analyzing the data yourself or partnering with
agencies like IRI and Numerator to tell the story with data.
● Monitor competitors’ activities and market changes and understanding how they will
impact the business

What is needed to success


● Undergraduate degree required. Advanced degree in Marketing, Marketing
Research, Analytics, Economics or Business preferred
● 3-5 years of relevant consumer/market research experience OR relevant analytics
experience (such as client service, consulting, banking, or marketing analytics
required
● Passion for understanding consumers ]Experience with quantitative and/or qualitative
research
● High comfort level using IRI/Nielsen (POS data) and Numerator (panel) data strongly
preferred
● Proven skills in insight, concept, product and/or advertising development

3. Associate Category Trade Marketing Manager


Core responsibilities
● Responsible for assisting the Business DevelopmentTeam Lead as the key
liaison/contact betweenDivisionTeams, CD Financeand CCD.
● LeadCategory Plan & Promotional Reviews
● Drive & coordinate category volume/merchandising plan development across
theDivision
● Collaborate with CCD to ensure the field teams are aware of & working with the most
up to date Brand/Category details
● Provide analysis to identify key consistent up/down elevators across theDivision&
Category
● Lead the HCI analysis process for the division. Maximize ROI of investment activities
through detailed analysis to improve sales, trade spend, product mix, efficiency, etc.
● Lead and own the management of the Division P&L (e.g. Managing to zero
overspend, identifying opportunities to improve profitability)
● Support fully integrated business planning process such as internal planning
requirements
● Fulfill daily, weekly, and monthly reporting needs of the Division. Create & improve
reports as needed. Use a critical eye to provide insights and analysis on reporting.
● Identify category growth opportunities within theDivisionand build supporting
business case to influence CCD
● Engineer new capabilities that assess different business models to maximize
customer and retailer profitability and value creation; including but not limited to Net
Revenue Management,GroceryChannel and Route-to-Market efficiencies.
● Drive forecast integrity/accuracy through understanding of business drivers and
macro/micro economic trends and insights.
● Support Division efforts and recommendations for all Go-To-Market, business
planning, and business systems excellence initiatives and governance.

What is Needed to Succeed


● Bachelor’s Degree
● 3-5 years of related analytical business experience including proven success in an
analytical role in which you added value to the organization
● Deep understanding of the P&L, retail math, analytics, financial/strategic modeling,
forecasting,etc
● Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multi-task &
prioritize.
● Problem Solving, solid judgment, and decision-making ability, and deal with
ambiguity.
● Ownershipmindset – take initiative to fix problems
● Question the status quo – Understand not only what needs to be done, but why and if
it SHOULD be done.
