Petitioner by Counsel unto this Honorable Court of Appeals most


respectfully alleges that:

NATURE OF THE PETITION

1. This is a Petition for Review pursuant to Rule 43 of the Rules of


Court of the Decision of the Deputy Ombudsman for the Military
and other Law Enforcement Offices;

2. Judgment or final orders of or of resolutions of or authorized by


any quasi-judicial agency in the exercise of its quasi-judicial
functions;

THE PARTIES

3. Petitioners (Respondents in the court aquo) are all of legal age, all
married and residents of Barangay Buenavista, Municipality of
Sablayan, Province of Occidental Mindoro;
4. Plaintiff Efren V. Pacheco is of legal age, single and a resident of
Barangay Ibud, Municipality of Sablayan, Province of Occidental
Mindoro;

5. Parties have the capacity to sue and be sued and may be served
with processes of aforementioned address and through counsels of
records;
