Music-Activated Light Chaser Circuit

This circuit uses an audio signal from a music system to control lights in a zig-zag pattern. The circuit contains 5 sets of colored bulbs, an amplifier, and comparators to detect the intensity of the audio and sequentially light the bulb sets. As the audio level increases, more bulb sets are lit in a zig-zag pattern. Variable resistors allow adjusting the sensitivity and response speed. The circuit runs off a 9V regulated supply and can be built on a small circuit board for use as a musical light chaser.
