PITA SA PRAZILUKOM

Potrebno je:

500 grama tankih kora za pitu


5 strukova praziluka
�olja ulja
�olja gazirane mineralne vode
so
biber

Pita sa prazilukom

Priprema: praziluk oprati i o�istiti, a zatim ise�i na kolutove i pr�iti na ulju.


Kada praziluk omek�a za�initi ga solju i biberom po ukusu.

Podmazati pleh i u njega direktno slagati pitu. Na dno pleha staviti tri kore,
poprskati ih uljem i mineralnom vodom, pa preko tre�e premazati deo nadeva od
praziluka, a onda dve kore prethodno poprskane uljem i mineralnom vodom, pa nadev i
tako redom i na kraju prekriti sa tri kore. Pitu ise�i na kocke, a odozgo je
poprskati uljem.

Pleh sa pitom staviti u pe�nicu zagrejanu na temperaturu od 200 stepeni i pe�i oko
35 minuta, dok pita ne porumeni.

Kada je pita pe�ena izvaditi je iz pe�nice, prekriti platnenom salvetom i ostaviti


da se malo ohladi, a zatim poslu�iti uz kiselo mleko ili jogurt

PITA SA PRAZILUKOM I SIROM

Potrebno je:

500 grama tankih kora


4-5 strukova praziluka srednje veli�ine
250 grama belog starijeg sira
2 jajeta
jogurt
so
biber
ulje

Pita sa prazilukom i sirom

Priprema: praziluk oprati, o�istiti, sitno iseckati i ispr�iti na vrelom ulju. Na


kraju praziluk za�initi solju i biberom i skloniti sa vatre.

U drugu posudu staviti izdrobljen sir, malo jogurta i umu�ena jaja, pa izme�ati sa
ispr�enim prazilukom.

U podmazan pleh ili tepsiju re�ati po tri kore, poprskati ih uljem i vodom, pa
staviti fil, kore, fil i redom dok se materijal ne utro�i. Odozgo treba da budu tri
kore. Pitu poprskati uljem i o�trim no�em ise�i na kocke ili trouglove, ukoliko se
pita pe�e u tepsiji.

Pitu pe�i oko 40 minuta u pe�nici zagrejanoj na 200 stepeni, dok ne porumeni.
Kada je pita pe�ena izvaditi je iz pe�nice, pokriti platnenom salvetom i ostaviti
da se malo ohladi. Pitu poslu�iti dok je jo� topla.
