Pita sa pirin�em i prazilukom: Najukusniji recept za svaku priliku!

Za doru�ak, ve�eru, slavlje - kada god da napravite ovu pitu, svi �e u�ivati u njoj

Potrebno je:

500 g kora za pitu

500 g praziluka

1 �argarepa

150 g pirin�a

po ukusu soli

po ukusu bibera

1 dl kisele vode

Priprema: Skuvati pirina� u posoljenoj vodi, procediti i skloniti sa strane.


Praziluk iseckati na tanke kolutove, pa ga izdinstati na malo ulja. Kada je
praziluk malo omek�ao, dodati mu narendanu �argarepu. Kada povr�e omek�a, za�initi
po ukusu, pa sjediniti sa kuvanim pirin�em.

Staviti jednu koru, pa je poprskati me�avinom od 1 dl kisele vode, pome�ane sa 20


ml ulja. Posuti nadevom, pa pokriti drugom korom. Ponovo poprskati me�avinom kisele
i ulja, posuti nadevom, pa pokriti tre�om korom. Poprskati, posuti nadevom i
umotati u rolat. Rolat slo�iti u pleh oblo�en pek papirom. Ponoviti postupak sa
ostalim korama. Kada su svi rolati uvijeni i slo�eni, preliti me�avinom kisele vode
i ulja i po �elji posuti susamom. Pe�i u rerni zagrejanoj na 200 C, dok ne
porumeni. Pe�enu pitu pokriti krpom i ostaviti 10-tak minuta, a zatim je se�i i
slu�iti.

Hrskava pita sa sirom i prazilukom

Pita �iji se ukus ne zaboravlja!

Potrebno je:

1/2 kg tankih kora


1 praziluk
1 -2 jaja
1-2 ka�ike griza
200 gr sira
1/2 pra�ka za pecivo
ulje
Priprema:

Praziluk ise�i na krugove pa mako izdinstati na ulju da omekne. Prohladiti... U


�iniju izdrobiti sir dodati jaja, pra�ak za pecivo i izdinstan i propr�en praziluk.

Sve izme�ati Koru ra�iriti na sto pa je premazati sa 2 ka�ike nadeva i uviti u


krug. Staviti u podmazan pleh.

Slede�u isto tako dodavati u krug dok se ne potro�i sav materijal.

Rolnice premazati uljem i pe�i na 200 stepeni C oko 30-35 nin da porumeni, Izvaditi
i pokriti krpom...
