The meeting started with a word of prayer from Denis Otieno who welcomed the members
and briefed them about the main agendas of the meeting.

MIN 1/1/22/2022: ELECTION OF LEADERS
The following members were elected to these positions

MIN 2/1/22/2022: FORMATION OF THE GROUP CONSTITUTION


The members formed the constitution that will regulate the group operations. The constitution
contained the following information regarding the group
1. Name and badge
2. Motto, aims and objectives
3. Leadership
4. Elections
5. Meeting
6. Finance and project
7. Dissolution and conflict resolution
8. Amendment and supremacy of the constitution
MIN 3/1/22/2022: ELECTION OF BANK SIGNATORIES
The following members were elected as the bank signatory

1. DENIS OUMA OTIENO CHAIRMAN


2. GEORGE OKULA NJIRI VISE CHAIRMAN
3. ALPHONCE OMONDI OCHIENG SECRETARY
4. VINCENT ASEMBO TREASURER

MIN 4/1/22/2022: APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO FACILITATE THE GROUP


REGISTRATION PROCESS
The chairman and the vise chairman were given the mandate by the group members to
spearhead the group registration process. They were to provide a report on the group registration
in the urgent meeting that will be scheduled on by the chairman
MIN 5/1/22/2022: AOB
There was no AOB and the chairman appreciated the members for their attendance. He
th
scheduled the next urgent meeting to be held on 15 February 2022. The meeting ended with
a word of prayer from Mr. Vincent Asembo.
