Re: PA “Forensic Audit” of 2020 POTUS Election [PART CCCLIV] – PA Politics
{}
Don’t be distracted; the PA Supreme Court Overturned the Commonwealth Court by
temporarily upholding Act 77 and reinstating Voting by Mail. As the PA Supreme Court
decides the fate of Mail-In Ballots, it heard 3 hours of arguments over no-excuse, mail-in
voting. I listened to the plaintiff in this case being interviewed by Dom Giordano, and he
reported the two Dem-generated arguments related to racism and political advantage;
no discussion of constitutionality emerged. Curiously, no “ab initio” issue was raised,
perhaps purposely, lest excessive weight be placed upon the result of this decision.
All the other issues are subsidiary, such as the fact that PA subpoenas were delayed; also,
Dems and RINOs continue using the media to discredit Experts Involved in Investigation
of Pennsylvania Voting Machines [impacting, for example, the DelCo litigation].
Polling is of-interest, politically:
‘New F&M poll shows Pennsylvanians are most concerned about their
finances since 2010; Biden’s approval drops to new low’: “Pennsylvanians
say they are worse off now than they were a year ago and believe the
country is headed in the wrong direction, according to the results of a
Franklin & Marshall College poll released Thursday. Those views helped
knock President Joe Biden’s approval rating to a new low in the poll and
signals problems for Democrats as the 2022 midterm election
approaches.”
‘Voters split over selling off Pennsylvania’s state-run liquor stores: poll’: “a
new Franklin & Marshall College poll finds that fewer voters who favor a
decision to sell off the liquor stores want to see it accomplished through a
voter referendum. It also found five-year high percentages of voters
financially worse off than a year ago.”
‘Pa. voters overwhelmingly oppose dropping concealed-carry gun license
rule: poll’: “seven out of 10 Pennsylvania voters oppose eliminating the
state licensing requirement to carry a concealed weapon, according to the
latest Franklin & Marshall College poll.”
