PENGARUH KOMITMEN TUGAS DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP
ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) PERAWAT DRAJAT

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung komitmen tugas
dan kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizational Ciitizenship Behavior (OCB) perawat
RSUD dr Drajat Prawiranegara, Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan
kuantitatif melalui metode survei. Sampel merupakan perawat berjumlah 221 orang.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Komitmen tugas berpengaruh terhadap OCB
perawat sebesar 0,31; (2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap OCB perawat sebesar
0,203; (3) Komitmen kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat sebesar
0,350; Jadi Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) perawat dapat tercapai melalui
memaksimalkan komitmen tugas dan kepuasan kerja sehinga perawat memiliki OCB
yang baik.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of task commitment and job
satisfaction on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of nurses at
Dr Drajat Prawiranegara Hospital, Serang. This study uses a quantitative
approach through a survey method. The sample is a nurse totaling 221
people. The results showed that: (1) task commitment had an effect on
nurses' OCB by 0.31; (2) job satisfaction has an effect on nurses' OCB by
0.203; (3) work commitment has an effect on nurse job satisfaction by
0.350; So the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of nurses can be
achieved through maximizing task commitment and job satisfaction so that
nurses have good OCB.
