JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, CORAZON VIRAY BAUTISTA and MADEL BOLOS GAMPOY


both of legal age, Filipino citizens, and residents of Tarlac City, after having duly
sworn in accordance with the law hereby depose and state;
1. That we personally know ESTRELLA CAWIGAN MERIÑO born
on September 12, 1951 at Tarlac, Tarlac being family friends and long-
time acquaintances;

2. That ESTRELLA CAWIGAN MERIÑO was married to


ROBUSTIANO MERIÑO on June 1972 at Olongapo City, Tarlac as
evidenced by the attached Certificate of Marriage duly issued by the
office concerned and made an integral part hereof;

3. That on Certificate of Marriage we were informed that an error


occurred in indicating the name of her Husband it was erroneously
recorded as QUERUBIN MERIÑO when the truth and in fact it
should be ROBUSTIANO MERIÑO which is her husband true and
correct name;

4. We are not in any way related to any of the foregoing person within the
fourth civil degree either by consanguinity or affinity, nor do we have
any pecuniary interest in this matter whatsoever; 

5. To remove confusion as to the two names, we hereby declare that the


name " QUERUBIN MERIÑO " and " ROBUSTIANO MERIÑO
" refer to one and the same person;

6. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the


foregoing statements and to establish the real identity of "
ROBUSTIANO MERIÑO " and for all legal intents and purposes it
may serve.

In Witness Whereof, we have hereunder affixed our signatures this
