INTRODUCTION OF WIRE CONTROLLER

Constitution of Wire panel


■ Par ts of the panel are as follow
1) One wire controller DM602A
2) One electric control panel: LY516A or LY517A
3) Temperature probes(The number is depended on the actual order)
4) Others(No)

■ Connection wires specification of Control panels:


1) HT381 Conector cable: Solid cable diameter(0.08-1.5mm 2),specification(28 - 16AWG),Length of
stripped wire(7mm) , fixing screw(M2.0),screw torque( 0.2-0.25NM)
2) HT508 Conector cable: Solid cable diameter(0.20-2.5mm 2),specification(24 - 12AWG),Length of
stripped wire( 7mm), fixing screw(M2.5),screw torque(0.4-0. 50NM)

Product marking
Don't tear up the silver lable affixed to the front or back of the controller , for it will be helpful

for check .

Before boot-strap, please check whether all wire connections are OK.
1. Summary:
Electrifying→Boot-strap interface → Operation main interface
→State check →Monitor setting
→Fault check →Project setting
→Temp. / Mode check →Maintenance setting
→Time setting →Factory setting
→Timing setting

2. Boot -strap interface :


The boot screen displays the software function codes
and vision No.of DM602A within the first five
seconds.
Countdown F01: Function code(such as DM602A.TY.F01C)
V200: Vision NO.(such as V200),displaying 3s and
A0, displaying 2s;

② The boot screen displays the software function codes


and vision No.of DM602A within the latter five
seconds.
B01: Function code(such as LY514A.TY.B01C)
Countdown V200: Vision NO.(such as V200),displaying 3s and
A0, displaying 2s;

Remarks:The function codes and vision No. Above are just fore reference.

3. Main operation interface
Press RESET key or countdown, the system will enter to the main operation interface:

The preheating operation will be started after electrifying as if the preheating time is not zero.
During preheating operation, the unit can not be started until the operation is over.

If flashes, it means preheating operation andthe operation can be cancelled by pressing


down at the same time;
If turns on, it means that the auxiliary electric heating is effective and can be started.

means all buttons on the panel are locked;


means the button is invalid.

If icon is indicated, it means sensor fault or the measuring value is out
of the setting value .

Remarks:
There are 10 timing settings(00~10), each setting can be set separately at the any time and it is
noneffective if the time is setfor 00:00 or in the time from Saturday to Sunday.
The settings don't change for starting or shutting down timing operation.
