Terms & Condition:


i. GST @ 18% will be extra of the total invoiced amount
ii The Cost Mentioned above is inclusive of transportation.
iii Xtreme X is not responsible for any inconvinience, event cancelations owing to natural calamities,
work strikes, bandh/harthal or force majeure.
iv Xtreme X is not responsible for any Inconvinience, incedents/accidents owing to any unforseen
eventualities during the contracted event
v We appreciate if the client consideres the F&B and nominal refreshments of artists and operations
team if deemed essential considering the duration of the Event
vi MC briefing is the responsibility of client.
vii Additional requirements other than this quote will be added extra
Payment Terms:
i. 50% Payment on Confirmation by P.O before Mobilization/ Initiation of Bookings.
ii Balance 50% Payment on Completion Of Event

Cancelation Option:
i 10% of Cost will be deducted as No Show fees if Canceled after initiation of booking untill 15 days of Event Commencement.
ii 25% of Cost will be deducted as No Show fees if Canceled on or untill 10 days of Event Commencement
iii 50% of Cost will be deducted as No Show fees if Canceled on or untill 5 days of Event Commencement
iv 80% of Cost will be deducted as No Show fees if Canceled on or untill 2 days of Event Commencement
v 100% of Cost will be deducted as No Show fees if Canceled within 24 hours of Event Commencement
