Human Resources Department
At the start of my orientation, the HR officer introduces me to the plant director, senior plant
manager, head of quality control, and higher authority.
This company has two types of employees:
a) Management Employees
b) Non-management Employees
For the most part, management and non-management staff have different rules and regulations.
In addition, the HR officer discusses the company's rules, provident fund, and insurance policy.
Management receives two festival bonuses, while non-management personnel receive three.
Other business areas for Transcom Beverages Ltd include newspapers, pharmaceuticals, and
electronics.
During orientation, the HR officer presents me to the heads and managers of each of the plant's
departments.
Plant Administration
Personnel and administrative support for senior executives Mr. Murshedul Huda
introduced me to the company's other sister concern and provided chairman Sir's advice
as well as Sir's accomplishments at the Oslo Business Award 2012. The percentage of
TBL's business share, which is 42-43 percent, was also disclosed. He talked on
manpower, machine, materials, procedures, and management, among other topics. To
maintain the company's reputation, he also urged to love work and be sensitive about
job.
Quality Control Department
To produce actual product, this department guarantees that all Pepsico guidelines and local
regulatory rules are followed. For both internal and exterior testing, there are numerous
parameters to consider. Water sampling, CO2 testing, preform resin percentage and resin
quality checking, water hardness and alkalinity, as well as required chemical dosing, IPM
management audit, and Food Safety program maintenance, for example, are all carried out in
accordance with departmental SOP.

There is a biological ETP at TBL. After treatment 𝑃 will be 7.5. DAP (Di-ammonium Phosphate)
and Urea are used as nutrition. Air or Oxygen is also supplied by the blower.

Engineering Store
The Engineering Store is where local and foreign chemicals and spare
parts are acquired and stored.
This store has 8000 elements with a market worth of nearly 16 crore.
The inventory system is likewise under the officer's control. They also
utilize inventory software to keep their records up to date.
They usually try to buy things with cheques. If a corporation or
vendor refuses to take a cheques, they must purchase their goods in
cash.
Internal and External Audit
SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
In the QC department, there are numerous specialized procedures for
testing and workflow, all of which are clearly stated.
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
We must control our own dress code, housekeeping, wear a head hat
and shoe cover, and be cautious of any unexpected hazards in this
profession.

Plant).

Shrink Film
Shrink film is produced by machines 1, 3, and 4. It is used to
wrap one case at a time.
Machine 2 produces stress film and also involves the utilization
of illumination to ensure proper wrapping.
Three plants are given with shrink and stress film.
Every film role size 35-40 Kg.
Three categories are used here. For instance, LDPE 60%, MPE
30% & HDPE 10%. Its percentage can be changed on demand.
Resin chemical formula Poly Butene.
Film thickness is of three categories 60, 70 & 80 micron.

I am thrilled to be here and to meet everyone. All of the personnel are friendly. They
expressed their delight at my arrival and shared their own experiences with me. The
orientation phase was absolutely fantastic for me since I learned how to cooperate with
other departments to keep their overall work on track. Transcom Beverage LTD is a
well-known company, thus I consider myself fortunate to be a part of it.
