EKG 心電圖

正常心率 normal sinus rhythm (NSR)

心臟停搏 cardiac asystole


1. 心臟完全停止活動
2. EKG 成一直線
3. 無脈搏 (pulseless)
4. 沒有血液輸出
5. 不須電擊 (盡快給藥 Epinephrine)

心室性心動過速 ventricular tachycardia (VT)


1. 心室肌肉高速自主收縮，可能超過每分鐘 150 次
2. 無 P 波
3. 複合、怪異 QRS
4. 可能有脈搏
5. 需要電擊 (單向波 360 J 雙向波 200 J)

心室纖維性顫動 ventricular fibrillation (VF)


1. 快速而沒有規律的心室電流活動
2. 不規則 EKG
3. 無脈搏 (pulseless)
4. 無血壓
5. 多出現於 VT 之後
6. 需要電擊 (單向波 360 J 雙向波 200 J)
7. 盡快給藥 amiod

無脈搏電流活動 pulseless electrical activity (PEA)


1. EKG 顯示有規律的電流活動
2. 心肌沒有收縮活動
3. 無脈搏 (pulseless)
4. 沒有血液輸出
5. 不須電擊 (盡快給藥 Epinephrine)
