US
MLC electronic d.o.o. has been settled in 1997 as a
producer of electrical equipment for elevators.
Production is based on our own development of
microprocessor control systems.
In 2005 the production was expanded with mechanical
components. Since that time we provide a complete
solutions for elevators in a wide pallete of possibilities for
new lifts, as well as for reconstructions. Our solutions are
custiomized for the client and energeticly efficient.
Until now there is over 15 000 control systems and over
1200 complete operational systems worldwide.

CONTROL
LC100
SYSTEM
LC100 is module microprocessor control system for elevators vith CAN Bus communication.
It is possible to control up to 8 elevators in Multiplex mode, every up to 40 stations driving up to
3.0 m/s. Communication between modules is established with robust CAN Bus with latest designed
CAN communication technology and developed with low current usage components.
The system is produced with Surface Mount Technology. All modules must pass all quality tests:
Electrical testing of the circuit boards before mounting, functioning test after production, temperature
test and load test for every group.
Basic properties:
Universal application for all plant types with all adjustable user-specific parameters and possibilities
of monitoring with mobile LCD terminal, through PC or Internet. Connection is possible with every
plate on CAN Bus, also on cabin operation panel and landing displays.
Different door operators with differentiation the A and B side at all calls, short station gaps, door
opening, more leveling types, 4 fire zones, filling and emptying the buildings, priority drive.
Different call processing with center of gravity and energy saving. Cabin and pit lighting and
ventilation with energy saving system.
Different positioning systems including absolute positioning.
Integrated charge measurement.
Plug & play connector between moduls: landing calls, display, cabin operation panel, charge
measurement, inverter, service box, service box for pit, exterior door. Universal pre-wired hanging
cable for all plants. All connections in the pit are pre-wired.
Possible connection with CAN OPEN or CAN OPEN LIFT components.
Different display parameteres including displays for every station.
Over 100 parametrical timers for different applications.
Real time error memory. Different drive and call counters.
Small dimensions for 120 mm wide cabinet, suitable for MRL elevators.
