 SLAB FORM
The Cassaform Slabform System is a lightweight, flexible modular aluminium pan and beam system which is ideally
suited to both multi-level concrete construction as well to infill slab areas.

Benefits
• Can be installed safely from below with no risk of working at heights
• Its modularity allows it to suit large complex floor areas as well as small infill slabs
• Only a few standard components are required
• Depending on the design the system requires only 1 prop per every 3.45m2
• Light weight (maximum 15.5kg) and very easy and safe to assemble, dismantle and move around site.
• Significantly increases onsite productivity and significantly reduces the volume of equipment required to
service the project compared to other systems.
• Equipment can be either craned from floor to floor with large lifting crates or manoeuvred via pallet
trolleys and Alimak.
• Can be assembled in specific areas or rooms therefore allowing precast to be installed after the suspended
formwork is in place.
• With suitable propping it can be used to cast slabs in excess of 6m high.
One of the main beneficial characteristics of the Slabform System is that the beams and pans can be fully stripped
after 4 days of casting allowing it to be immediately reused on the next level. The props on the other hand remain
in place at all times therefore continually supporting the slab above. This completely eliminates the need to strip
and back prop the slab and significantly reduces the volume of equipment on site to construct the project.
