PREFACE
To our parents/guardians, given the current situation, wherein pupils are not able to attend the classroom classes, we at (San Jose School of La
Trinidad, Inc.) would like to ask your help in facilitating your child’s continuous learning in your homes. We have designed this module to help you
advance your child’s achievement of the competencies prescribed by the Department of Education and that of the school. The activities in the module shall
serve as a guide. Please feel free to add more activities related to the topic that you think are essential in helping your child meet the learning objectives
set for this week.
To our beloved pupil, we are happy to accompany you in your journey of learning this quarter even if you are at your humble home. We wish to help
you deepen your devotion while learning and show your interest in answering this module. Finally, let us continue praying for everyone to be safe, healthy,

This Second Module is good for one week. We have to understand that this module is for Kindergarten level. Close monitoring and guidance
from their parents, as their facilitator, will be needed. The adult facilitator may write the child’s response on blanks provided. This module contains
lessons on “God made my mouth to speak and sense of taste”. Also included are different lines and polite expressions and courteous expression in
English and Filipino.
At the end of this module, we should be able to:
a. acknowledge that God made our mouth to speak
b. use polite words in their daily life
c. write the different lines properly
d. identify the different tastes

LET US LEARN! “Sense of Taste”
The mouth is used for speaking and for eating.
Inside our mouth, there is a set of teeth and a tongue.
The tongue helps you taste food. You use your tongue to tell if food tastes sweet, sour, salty, spicy, or
bitter.
EXPERIMENT TIME! With the help of our tongue, let’s do some experiment!

prayer, Start by making the sign of the cross. Tell Him all the things you are thankful for. And then, ask for his forgiveness
and guidance for all the things you have done or words that have you said that have hurt people around you. End your prayer
