SUBJECT: NOTICE TO VACATE THE PROPERTY

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Deliguin,

We write on behalf of EQGRANT LENDING CORP., the new owner of the


parcel of land you presently are occupying covered by Transfer Certificate of
Title No. T-0573032227 issued by the Registry for Dasmarinas City, Province
of Cavite.

After waiting for the redemption period of one year (12 mos) since issuance
of Certificate of Sale, you still failed to settle your obligation with the
company. As new owner of the property, we are requesting you to vacate
the premises voluntary so as to avoid/minimize damage that may result to
threaten incidents. Since the property that you are occupying is now owned
by EQGRANT LENDING CORP. Please refer to attached copy of transferred
tile certificate marked as ANNEX A

We are thus, demanding you to vacate the premises and you have 5 days or
up to August 07, 2023 to remove all the improvements you have made
thereon.

This will serve as final demand letter to vacate. If you fail to do so, the
company will vindicate its right in a proper eviction proceeding.
