Battery Needs Replacing


Severity: Severe
Description: One or more batteries have been determined to require replacement.
Running On Battery Power
Severity: Warning
Description: The UPS is running on battery power due to either a high or low line.
Battery is Low
Severity: Warning
Description: The remaining battery run-time is less than or equal to the Low Battery Alarm Duration set on the UPS
Configuration Page.
Battery is Depleted
Severity: Warning
Description: Little or no battery power is remaining. The UPS will be unable to sustain the present load when and if
utility power is lost
Internal Temperature is Out of Tolerance
Severity: Warning
Description: This usually means that the temperature inside the UPS is too hot. This can be caused by poor
ventilation around the UPS.
Input Voltage is out of tolerance
Severity: Warning
Description: The UPS input voltage is not within the transfer point settings configured on the UPS Configuration
Page.
Output Voltage is out of tolerance
Severity: Severe
Description: The UPS output voltage is not within the transfer point settings configured on the UPS Configuration
Page.
Output is Overloaded
Severity: Warning
Description: The power being drawn from the UPS exceeds the UPS output capacity.
Running On Bypass
Severity: Severe
Description: The Bypass is presently engaged on the UPS.
Bypass is Bad
Severity: Severe
Description: The Bypass is out of tolerance.
Output Off as Requested
Severity: Informational
Description: The UPS has shutdown as requested.
Entire UPS Off as Requested
Severity: Informational
Description: The entire UPS has shutdown as commanded.
Charger Failed
Severity: Severe
Description: An uncorrected problem has been detected within the UPS charger subsystem.
Output is Off
Severity: Informational
Description: The UPS output is in the off state.
System is Off
Severity: Informational
Description: The UPS system is in the off state.
Fan Failure
Severity: Severe
Description: The failure of one or more fans in the UPS has been detected.
Fuse Failure
Severity: Severe
Description: The failure of one or more fuses has been detected.
General Fault
Severity: Severe
Description: A general fault in the UPS has been detected.
Diagnostics Test Failed
Severity: Warning
Description: The result of the last diagnostic test indicates a failure.
Communications to the UPS have been Lost

Description: A problem has been encountered in the communications between the ManageUPSnet adapter and the
UPS.
Awaiting Power
Severity: Informational
Description: The UPS output is off and the UPS is awaiting the return of input power.
Shutdown Pending
Severity: Warning
Description: A UPS shutdown after delay countdown is underway.
Shutdown Imminent
Severity: Warning
Description: The UPS will turn off power to the load in less than 5 seconds; this may be either a timed shutdown or a
low battery shutdown.
Test in Progress
Severity: Informational
Description: A UPS diagnostics test is in progress.
Battery Charging
Severity: Informational
Description: The UPS Battery is charging.
Backfeed Relay Failure
Severity: Severe
Description: The Backfeed Relay has failed.
Battery Disconnected or Breaker/Fuse Blown
Severity: Severe
Description: The Battery is disconnected or the Battery breaker/fuse is blown and should be reset or replaced.
System Restart Pending
Severity: Informational
Description: A System Restart is Pending.
Battery Degraded
Severity: Warning
Description: One or more batteries are degraded and may require replacement.
Autonomy Calibration
Severity: Informational
Description: An Autonomy Calibration is currently taking place, the UPS is running on battery power.
