HOW TO SUBSCRIBE
TO AIRTEL NETWORK
Customer must purchase Airtel sim card at authorized sim card sellers
• Airtel Shops
• Airtel Money Branches
• Registration Agents

Customers can also join (Porting in) Airtel Tanzania from another network provider number without changing it.

Visit any nearest Airtel shop with a valid and acceptable ID to join Airtel Tanzania from another network without

changing the number.

As per TCRA directives, all subscribers are required to register their SIM Cards through a biometric process

(Fingerprints). At Airtel’s shop, branches or registration agents with your National ID or NIDA for Tanzania

nationals and valid passport and visa for non-citizen this are visitors who are in country for under six months,

and NIDA identity for foreigners this are visitors who are in county for more than six months.

HOW TO RECHARGE

numbers on the back of your voucher # card, the customer will receive a short message indicating the
