The owner of Iyrminah Resto Cafe is terminating their property management agreement with SUKRO Management effective June 1, 2023 due to tremendous losses over the past 8 months where sales were not enough to pay staff or cover other expenses. Any outstanding debts from the cafe will be deducted from deposits and the owner will personally settle any remaining balance at SUKRO Management's office.

Subject: Letter of Contract Termination

Dear Sir/Madam,
Please be informed that on the last 8 months until today, Iyrminah Resto Café
suffered a tremendous loss, no income generation and the sales were not enough
even to pay for her crew and other miscellaneous expenses.
Consequently, I regret to inform your good office that I am terminating our
Property Management Agreement effective June 01, 2023. This decision has been
made due to above reason and so difficult to maintain our Contractual Obligation.
Further above, whatever outstanding debts incurred by Iyrminah Resto Café in
your good office, I ‘m entreating you to deduct to my deposits and the rest I will
settle personally at your good office.
Thank you very much to the SUKRO Management, I appreciate them and am
looking forward to a smooth transition.
