                    3 cup All Purpose Flour
                    1 1/8 cup Cocoa Powder
                    2 ¼ cup White Sugar
                    3 tsp. Baking Powder
                    2 tsp. Baking soda
                    ½ tsp. Salt
                    2 tsp. Plain vinegar
                    1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
                    3 cup Warm temp water
                    ¾ cup Cooking Oil
                    ¼ cup Melted margarine / Unsalted butter
                    Tools and Materials needed:
                    Measuring Cup
                      Measuring Spoon
                      Sifter
                      Rubber Spatula
                      Straight edge Spatula
                      Mixing Bowl
                      Hand mixer
                      Steamer
                      Cupcake molder
                      Procedure:
                      In a mixing bowl, Sift all the dry ingredients
                      and mix it. After mixing all the dry ingredients,
                      pour the liquid ingredients individually and mix
                      it altogether. Mix it well until it looks smooth,
                      do not over mix.
                      Pour ¼ cup of the batter mixture into the
                      cupcake molder.
                      Pre heat the steamer. Do not put too much water
                      in the steamer After pre heating the steamer
                      place the batter mixture and let it steam for 15
                      to 18 minutes in medium heat only. Check after
                      18 minutes. Take it off from the steamer and let
                      it cool.
