* Added operative level rewards in "CAREER", unlock cool stuff with combined
operative levels
* Removed the operative level cap
* Perks stop being improved after Level 10
- New shop category, "Special Weapons"
* This means that there are now three slots: primary, secondary and special
* Grenade launchers have been moved from storage items slots into the special
slot
* The grenade launchers you owned are now blueprints
