a. Design of Classic Control & Distribution Panels.
b. Applying all Calculations & Required Equipment (VD, PF, Cables Size,
Circuit Breakers, Overload, VFD, Relays, Indicators, Switches, Phase
Sequence, Timers and Counters).

Electrical, Automation & Instrumentation Manager
- Electrical, Automation & Instrumentation Manager to lead a Team of four
Engineers and Five Technicians in charge of four food Factories (Juice & Milk
- Cheese – Bean – sauce & Jam).
- Responsible for all Electrical issues for four factories including
Automation, Instrumentation, Motors, Control and lighting beside that a
standby diesel generators (1MVA) Caterpillar 3412, two Bosch loos
boilers (Max 14 bar) with S7 300 and HMI Control system, Three
compressors (Atlas Copco & 2 Kaeser) with 8 bar for each one, HVAC
System (York, Carrier and GEA) and a water treatment station with Allen
Bradley control system.
- Dealing with TetraPak Process control system that consists of Allen
Bradley PLCs and HMIs (RS Logix), CIP, safety relays (Pilz), control panels,
valves with its different types, PID control and all indicators types,
Motors (induction & Servo), Drives and sensors (level, temperature,
pressure, flow, PH & Conductivity).
- Dealing with CombiBloc 112 & 312 filling machines (S7-400, Beckhoff
industrial PC HMI, profibus modules and its communications, Siemens
ET200, Drives (Elau) and Ethernet communications).

machine, Allcap, tray packer and shrinking machine connected with the
filling machine by profibus.
