Sub: Certificate course on Advanced HR Concepts – Questionnaires

Please Note:

1. All Questions must be answered.


2. Let the answers be given in simple words and try to avoid sentence form like
story writing. Only bullet points are required.
For example to a question: What are the barriers in Communication?
Answer is: Language, Filtering, lack of correct interpretation, etc.
3. Answers may be sent thro Attachment.
4. If you do not know the exact answers, kindly get the clarification from us.
5. Answers may be sent by 5th November,2003 to our email id.
6. To some questions, you may not be possible to give answers since I have not
given you the inputs. My inputs will be added in the cd under dispatch. But I
want to know your knowledge level in the particular questions mentioned
below without referring the cd.

Questions:

1. Draft a model HR Policy for a Manufacturing or Service or Software Units.


(Just 4-5 sentences)

2. For writing Job Description Manual, what are all the inputs required?
3. When you are a Member in the Interview Panel, what are all the important
Attitudinal Skills you try to observe from a candidate when he gives answers?
4. Mention any 4 salient steps that which brings an effective communication
System.
5. Zero Paper Work in HR is your aim. To start with, in what are all the areas
that you can bring zero paper work. At least you mention any 4 HR work
practices.
6. Give us a Table Model with imaginary data that you have utilized simple
statistical tool in identifying the Training Need of a Department.
7. What are the pitfalls that you perceive if you bring 360 Degree Appraisal

concept in your work practices?
