Sports for fitness and health an increasing amount of evidence suggests that people who are
more skillful remain more active throughout their lives.
Sports program is effective when it is carefully planned, carried out successfully and assessed
properly.

DIRECTIONS: Make a sports program and some opportunities for sports engagement must be
made available for you to continue your path toward fitness and health. Start identifying the

competitive physical activities warned by rules.

team's territory and shooting at a target (e.g. goal, basket).

opponents or opponents in their area, and the object or the target.
______________________4. Examples of invasion games are badminton, swimming, table tennis
and ultimate.

game tactics.

NON LOCOMOTOR SKILLS WEEK 4

Since our ability to play a sport well and safely too, lies in sound fundamental movement
skills, let us prepare ourselves for the more rigorous sports movement by reviewing the non-
locomotor skills. Look for your module about the routine that starts with breathing exercises.
Directions: You are challenged to learn the different Non- Locomotor Skills. Using your
mobile phone record your activity you’ve done to be uploaded on our page that I created and
to be submitted next week. Select at least five Non- Locomotor skills and refer to YouTube
videos and apply the exercises at home for about 1 minute in every exercise.
