2-Welding Cylinders \ Gas Cutting Set

3-Air compressor

4-Safety Belt

5-TROLLEY LADDERS

6-Drill

9 Drill press machine should be grounded properly.
10 All connection should be taken through industrial plug only.
11 Drill press machine should be operated by trained and authorised
personnel only. It should be operated as per manufacturer
instruction within prescribed limit.
12 Drill press machine should be placed defined area for easy
movement of job parts and material movement.
13 Manufacturer instruction with required things should be available
on machine at proper place.
14 Drill Press Machine regular maintenance should be done and
recorded.
15 All parts of the Machine should be free from rust, oiling and ware &
tare. It should be tagged for safe to use after thorough inspection.

8-Grinder

11-Suspended Scaffold

Designed of platform should be proper and correctly assembled

as per manufacturer`s instruction and design including all parts.
Platform should be free from corrosion, rust, damage, worn,
17
etc.
18 Wire rope length should be appropriate according to job.
The wire rope should be inspected and tested properly and
19
properly reeved through sheaves.
20 The stirrup sheaves, bearings, inlet wire guides are in good
condition without damage.
When working near live wires safe distance should be
21 maintained. Do not allow anyone without confirming with aut
hority regarding hazards and working criteria.
Consider weather condition before allowing working on
22
suspended scaffold.
23 All fittings are checked and tested under load.
24 Strain reliefs are present and connected.
Emergency stop and secondary brake should be in working
25
condition.
All workers must use fall arrest equipment all times. Each part
26 of fall arrest equipment to be inspected and adjusted
thoroughly including full body harness, rope grab, etc.
Only trained authorized person allowed to work with
27
suspended scaffold.
28 Emergency rescue plan available and understood with review.

12-Electrical panel
