(c) Mention the conditions required for such plants to grow.

3) Curve stitching or string art is a beautiful way of combining geometry with art. It is based on
the fact that we can obtain a curve by drawing many tangents. Join the equivalent fractions by a
line segment in the given figure to obtain a curve.
4) In a survey , it was found that 9 out of every 11 households are donating some amount of their
income on old age homes or orphanage . What fraction of house holds are not donating? Write
in the decimal form and find what kind of decimal expansion it has. What values of society are
depicted here.
5) Value Based Question. A shopkeeper bought 50 bottles of juice at the rate Rs 50 each and finds
that 5 bottles are defective, sells the defective bottles for 35 each that he is giving discount and
others at rate Rs 48 each. Find his profit or loss percent on the whole transactions. Also
mention which moral value does he violate.
