                      2. Model selection and justification.
 2.1 Choosing a model for men's underwear in a classic style and justifying it
   The selected model is a men's shirt, and such vests are intended for wearing in
suits. Men's waistcoat, buttoned in the middle, with six buttons and six buttons,
collarless. The selected vest is made of gauze lining, sewn on the back and has two
buttons. The two sides of the waistcoat are cut with pockets. The collar, sleeve
edges and hem of the vest are trimmed from the inside with a width of 0.2 cm. Gas
selection and justification. The selected model of men's single-breasted pants is
recommended as the main outer layer of woolen, semi-wool, lavsan, feathered and
shape-retaining knitted fabric, artificial suiting fabrics. The most common avra
fabrics for men's single-breasted underwear include classic items such as tricot,
movut, velvet, denim, covercoat, tweed, flannel, as well as stretchy smooth and
feathery, jacquard synthetic fabrics. Aura fabrics should be low-wrinkle, shape-
retaining, non-stretchable, non-penetrating, flexible, and elastic. These
requirements are especially important for men's underwear designed for work and
everyday wear. At the same time, avra gas paint should be resistant to sun and
weather, rubbing, ironing. The main fabrics used for men's single-breasted
underwear are semi-wool and lavsan fiber fabrics, whose fiber content is 40%
wool, 60% lavsan or vice versa. Viscose fiber half-wool gauzes contain 50%
viscose fiber, they are more permeable and wrinkle-resistant than viscose fiber
gauzes. At the same time, pure wool fabrics (100% wool) are also used for men's
jackets. Only a small amount (2-8%) of kapron fiber can be added to their
composition. The category of corduroy fabrics includes velvet, jeans, and
covercoats. Synthetic and silk linings are recommended for men's single-breasted
underwear. When a person moves, the pieces of the jacket should not prevent him
from raising his arm in all directions, bending forward, or bending his arm.
Therefore, it is preferable that the lining has a smooth, slippery texture (surface).
As the lining materials, gauzes put on board, yarn gauzes made of horsehair or
                                          5
kapron fiber, kolenkor, doublerin, non-woven materials (fleecelin and prokamelin
type) and other gauzes are used. Modern men's single-breasted jerseys include:
- multi-zone adhesive material with adhesive coating, glued to the entire length of
the front part;
- 80-item gusset for the lower collar;
- knitted fabric with adhesive coating to be placed on the tray (adip return);
- for the board lining (2nd additional layer of the board lining) made of linen fiber
gauze;
- non-woven lining material, made from a mixture of nitron, kapron and viscose
fibers, is used for shoulder pads on board lining;
- glue to be applied to the folding line of the lapel, to the slit, to the mouth of the
pocket
powder-coated surp gauze glue (glue kromka);
- non-woven fabric with a fluffy adhesive coating, which is applied to the adip and
the ends of the upper collar

                      3. Material selection and justification
      Shers fabric is a very valuable material for clothing and is a synonymous
material used for product separation. Shers fabric is made from selsel. The best
features of its bright and light camels make the shers material popular and valuable
in men's and women's clothing.
   The main characteristics of Shers fabric are as follows:
   1. Bright and light: Bright and light joints of Shers fabric camels give clothes a
      refined and soft look. The characteristics of its camels provide its level of
      brightness and lightness.
   2. Heat retention: The unique structure of the camels of Shers material ensures
      that it has the properties of heat retention. This material retains heat well and
      helps to absorb the temperature in clothes.
   3. Durability: Shers material is famous for the durability of camels. These
      camels are used against shearing and damage, so the shers clothes keep their
      original joints and are not damaged.
   4. Appearance: Shers cloth is recognized by the presence of camels with
      golden edges and thus the appearance of Shers clothes is unique. Its
      expensive look and sophistication gives the clothes an elegant and luxurious
      look.
   5. Comfort: The brightness and lightness of Shers material gives the clothes a
      feeling of comfort. Garments made through this material are widespread and
      wide-looking, giving the wearer a sense of comfort.
   Because shers fabric is expensive and advanced, clothes made from shers are
usually used in freedom clothes, couplets, shams and themes. Shers cloth should be
separated from the following camels: Angora shers, kapalon, cashmire shers, black
shers, etc. Shers cloth is known for its unique properties and value. In order to
purchase its products, the user's requirements, funds and favorable conditions are
required.

     In order for work to go smoothly in the production flow, the duration of
organizational operations is adjusted to be equal to or a multiple of the rate.
   Since the duration of technologically indivisible operations is different, it is not
always possible to choose the sum of their times (time consumption of the
organizational operation) equal to or multiple of the rate.
   Experiments show that in order to adjust the time of organizational operations,
the time spent on them is calculated with a difference of -10% + 15% in conveyor
production flows and -10% + 15% in group aggregate production flows.
Based on this, the condition for adjusting the time of organizational operations is
as follows for conveyor and group aggregate production flows operating in a single
model in free flow:
∑ t = ( 0.90 ÷ 1.15) K*t
K 1 =1 (0.90÷1.15)*1*96=91.2  110.4
K 2 =2 (0.90÷1.15)*2*96=182.4  220.8
K 3 =3 (0.90÷1.15)*3*96=273.6÷331.1

                                   7.Conclusion
      I have gained several experiences and skills to learn about the design of
technological processes for sewing men's classic style trousers. I have taken into
account a number of conditions, such as making a choice for the chosen model,
making a choice for fabrics and patterns, making a choice for tools and equipment.
When drawing up the organizational-technological scheme of the production flow,
I determined how many workers and how much time was required in the
enterprise.
      For example, a single shift of 300 men may require 21 manpower to
assemble a pair of classic style trousers. Production time is 96 seconds. On the
topic of the course project, I explained that 2016 had the time spent on one item in
seconds.
      In the implementation of such projects, based on the chosen topic, it is very
important to get help from private and experienced manufacturers and use various
engineering, design and technological ordering tools. This helps provide the
necessary opportunities for subject-specific reinforcement and better performance.
