INDONESIA METALLURGICAL PROJECT
                                                 Project Outline:
                                                 Sulawesi Mining Investment is a joint Indonesia -China venture, began
                                                 construction on its multi-billion dollar integrated smelter project in
                                                 Morowali Industrial Park, Central Sulawesi that produce annual
                                                 production of Nickel Iron Pig (NPI) reach 600.000 ton/year and the
                                                 Power Station. MCC was given the trust to be involved in the SMI
                                                 smelter work from Phase I until Phase III. The first phase included
                                                 300.000 Ton NPI production line and 2 x 65 MW coal plants, the second
                                                 phase 2 x 150 MW, and the third phase another 2 x 150 MW.

                                             Project Outline:
                                             Utilize the mineral resources at Gebe, Maluku, PT FBLN is
                                             planning to made smelter development that adopting blast
                                             furnace smelting technology with annual production reaching
                                             800,000T ferronickel. This project contains of 1 set of 350
                                             vertical lime kiln, 4 sets of blast furnace, nickel ore sintering
                                             facility, eco-friendly facility, 2×4500KW blast furnace gas
                                             power plant.

                                        Outline of Project:
                                        With the growing investment in mining in the Sulawesi area, PT
                                        Stargate Pacific Resources is also not behind in the construction
                                        and planning of smelter areas that using the RKEF Ferronickel
                                        Processing Plant system. Following the owner's goals, MCC is
                                        entrusted with making the Bankable Project Feasibility Study and
                                        providing the best consultation for the owner in making this
                                        ferronickel smelter.

INDONESIA METALLURGICAL PROJECT
 Project Outline:
 PT MSP (a subsidiary of the Harita Group) planning to build the
 smelter that consists of 3 x 33 KVA. To supply the electricity
 needs, PT MSP will also build a electric steam power plant
 (PLTU) independently consisting of 3 generating units with a
 capacity of 3 x 40 MW according to the needs of the smelter.
 The product to be produced from this smelter is Ferronickel
 with a production capacity of 250.000 tons per year. With this
 large capacity, this smelter will not only process nickel raw
 materials from mining companies affiliated with Harita, but can
 also receive supplies from other Nickel IUP-OP holding
 companies in South Halmahera and its surroundings through
 mutually beneficial business relationships.

 Project Awards:
 The project was awarded LUBAN Award (overseas project). MCC team overcame the local
 shortage of materials and backward logistics and communication conditions in OBI Island
 to complete the project on schedule.
 MCC awarded “National Prime-Quality Project” for China Construction Engineering
 Overseas Project.

                                                 Project Outline:
                                                 The scope of project includes the installation work of long -distance
                                                 belt conveyor transportation system and concentration and tailing
                                                 system, installation of mechanical equipment, pipeline and electric
                                                 equipment, single and linkage commission, no -load and load test etc.
                                                 The main quantities of the bid include 7,650t mechanical equipment,
                                                 3,850t steel structures, 16,000m pipelines and 330km cables, in
                                                 which the pipe belt conveyor is 12km in length, known as the longest
                                                 record in Asia.

                                                Project Outline:
                                                PT. Megah Energi Khatulistiwa (MEK) is a company engaged in the 2 X
                                                30 MW Steam Power Plant (PLTU) and Coal Upgrading Plant (Semi-
                                                Coke). With the Vertical Retort Carbonizer technology, MEK is able to
                                                produce 600,000 tons of semi-coke per year with raw materials of 1
                                                million tons of coal, as well as by-products in the form of tar as much
                                                as 50 thousand tons per year and coke gas which can be used as a gas
                                                power plant of 30 MW.

                                  Project Outline:
                                  As the implementation of Dexin Steel Indonesia to build stainless steel new
                                  plant smelter, MCC been trusted to build the plan. The signing of the
                                  project contract covers a total of steelmaking continuous casting and wire
                                  rod and other tenders, including 2 x 120 tons of converter, 1.5 million tons
                                  / year rod, wire works and whole factory public auxiliary.

INDONESIA METALLURGICAL PROJECT
                                        Project Outline:
                                        Located in the mine area of Kawasi Village, Obi Town, west of
                                        Obi Island, South Halmahera District, North Maluku Province,
                                        Indonesia, the project is jointly invested and constructed by
                                        Ningbo Lygend Mining Co., Ltd. and Indonesia's PT Harita
                                        Group. Covering an area of 155 hectares, the project plans to
                                        build a smelting factory capable of producing 870,000
                                        tons/year of ferronickel, with eight 48-MVA RKEF processes
                                        and four 150-MW power stations.

INDONESIA METALLURGICAL PROJECT
Project Outline:
Huayue Nickel-Cobalt HPAL Project is located in the Morowali, Central
Sulawesi. The annual production of the smelter is 61,000 tons of
nickel and 6,000-7,000 tons of cobalt. It is the world's largest laterite
nickel ore hydrometallurgy project. MCC was involved in the entire
process of the project as the general contractor adopts the most
advanced third-generation high-pressure acid leaching process,
integrating non-ferrous metal smelting and chemical refining, with
high capital investment, high technical threshold, high automation
control, ultra-low-cost output, and ultra-low carbon emissions.

                                         Project Outline:
                                         The project is located in IMIP, Sulawesi. The project annual
                                         production capacity is 50,000 tons nickel metal hydrometallurgy,
                                         4,000 tons of cobalt metal hydrometallurgical, 50,000 tons of nickel
                                         hydroxide. Meanwhile for the EV-Battery product annual
                                         production reach 150,000 tons of battery-grade nickel sulfate
                                         crystals, 20,000 tons of battery-grade cobalt sulfate crystals and
                                         30,000 tons of battery-grade manganese sulfate crystals.

INDONESIA METALLURGICAL PROJECT
                                  INDONESIA DEXIN STEEL 6 MILLIONS
                                  TON STEEL PLANT PROJECT
                                  The project is located in IMIP, Sulawesi and divided to be 2 phase
                                  with annual production reaching 6 millions ton.
                                  1. The 1st phase consists of 2 sets blast furnaces, 2 sets 120t
                                  converters, 2 sets of 8-strand billet continuous casting machines, 1
                                  set of slab continuous casting machines and other equipment. The
                                  first phase of the project completed and put into operation in
                                  December 2021. The production capacity is: annual output 3.5
                                  million tons of crude steel, 1 million tons of bar and 500,000 tons
                                  of wire rod. 2. While the 2nd Phase project content is 1 set blast
                                  furnace, 1 set 120t converter and bar re-routing project. It is
                                  expected to be put into use in December 2022.

  Project Outline:
  PT SINAR TAMBANG ARTHALESTARI is the
  owner and producer of Semen Bima and also
  subsidiary company of Pan Asia Group.
  Semen Bima factory which was built on an
  area of 43 hectares. MCC trusted with the
  EPC contract for a 5000t/d cement line in
  Banyumas, Purwokerto, Indonesia, involving
  design, civil works, installation, equipment
  purchase, commissioning, etc.

INDONESIA NON METALLURGICAL PROJECT
                                      Project Outline:
                                      PT SGMW Motor Indonesia started its operation by building its first
                                      plant in Greenland International Industrial Center in Cikarang, Bekasi
                                      Regency, West Java province on August 20, 2015. The plant is
                                      expected to produce up to 150,000 vehicles in a year in its maximum
                                      capacity and is estimated to create 3,000 jobs for Indonesia. MCC is
                                      responsible for the Spare Parts Workshop parts construction that
                                      estimated will be finished and started operating with 12 months.

BIOTIS VACCINES PROJECT
PT Biotis Prima Agrisindo (BPA), a veterinary vaccine company which is a joint venture
between Pharmally International Holding Company Limited and Harbin Weike Biotechnolgy
Company. The total land area of the BPA factory is 45 thousand square meters, including a
building of 26 thousand square meters consisting of an active vaccine production room
and an inactive vaccine production room (defused vaccines) with a total of 2 production
With an annual production capacity of 800,000 doses of avian influenza vaccine, the
project is the largest biological vaccine plant in Indonesia.
During the implementation of the project, MCC has been highly praised by the owner, won
the Award of Excellent Contractor and the Award of Excellent safety quality

 PROJECT
 Lavon Swan City is an housing development project that located at
 Cikupa, Tangerang, Banten Province. Standing on 60 hectares of land,
 Lavon Swan City is a housing area with international standard facilities
 developed that following standards of 5 renowned consultants in the
 fields of architectural design, urban design or layout and advertising /
 brand. MCC responsible in the construction of Lavon Swan City
 Marketing Gallery, surround shophouses facilities, and sample house
 area. The project finished within 1 year.
