Customer satisfaction survey

Almarmar conducted this survey to pin down our customers' likes, dislikes, and
the areas of improvement that exist. For example, what does the average
customer think about our prices? Quality? How well is our staff doing on
customer service? Or how well does our client success team understand the
growing needs of our customers and prospects? Is there anything at all about the
customer experience that turns off our users? A survey to figure out why clients
stop doing business with us, how we might win them back, and how we can
prevent customer losses in the future. Empower our employees to meet
milestones based on client needs.

Overall 92 customers were chosen for this survey (through telephonic) initially
the researcher has confirmed that the individual is from Qatar and other nationals
who are living in Qatar. Similarly interviews based on a different questionnaire
with industry experts have been conducted. We have received more than 93% of
customer satisfaction including contractor customers.

Almarmar head office is located close to the Doha city on salwa road. Our office
is equipped with latest IT Infrastructures to meet the international standards and

The work force in this department is over than 50 professional people, with high
