SERVICE INFORMATION
GENERAL
•   This section covers maintenance of the drive pulley, driven pulley and clutch.
•   These services can be done with the engine installed in the frame.
•   Avoid getting grease and oil on the drive belt and drive/driven pulley faces in order to prevent belt slippage.
•   Do not apply grease to the weight rollers.

        REMOVAL
        • The starter pinion can be serviced with the
          engine installed in the frame.
        Remove the left crankcase cover (page 11-5).

        Hold the starter drive gear and turn the starter pin-

                      INSTALLATION
                      Hold the clutch/driven pulley assembly and com-
                      press the driven face spring by turning movable           CLUTCH/DRIVEN PULLEY ASSEMBLY
                      driven face clockwise until it is set in lock position.
                      Set the drive belt onto the pulley groove while hold-
