In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people.

Why might this be the case?

Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?

At present, in many nations, people consider holding a home for themselves as their property. people
consider to own a home … However, others people assume that renting is the best choice. In my opinion,
this trend of buying or renting a house is the an objective opinion of each person.

A house is an asset whose value increases over with time. In the Eastern countries, owning a house is very
important and also raises your social status value. For example, in my country, one of the life goals goals
of life is to hold the house for oneself, people who live in rented houses are considered poor. Another
reason is that the parents also pass down this property to their children. There are so many advantages to
buy buying a house. We can stay stable in this house instead of moving out for new accommodations.
None of the above would be possible if you did not actually own the house. However, owning a house also
brings some pressure for young people due to the price of the house. To be able to pay for a house, we
have to work our socks off to pay such an amount of money.

All in all, the fact that a home is an asset whose value will only rise over time makes this development
generally good. Whereas we spend a lot of money on buying houses, this is a worthy investment. Besides
that, if people are under pressure to own a house, it becomes a negative development. Families pay
attention to their economic conditions before buying a house. On the other hand, in some cases, renting a
house for living is the best idea for a busy life. For example, regarding with the tour guides, they have to
move a lot and not stay fixed like other office workers; staying at a rented home is an advantage for them.

In conclusion, I feel that it will be enormous when we own the house for ourselves if it is within the
budget. However, it could result in a negative situation if the person buying a house is unable to pay.

Currently, there is a popular trend that, in many countries, people prioritize buying a house in
place of just renting one for a temporary period of time. Supposedly, this trend might emerge in
society as a result of people’s rising need to have a stable place to live. In my opinion, I believe
this is not a negative situation as people can freely make a choice of whether to buy or rent a
house, as long as it is in accordance with their present personal conditions.
To begin with, it is necessary to note that houses are such properties that require an immense
amount of money for their ownership. If people choose to acquire one, they therefore should
consider thoroughly their actual financial capacity to make sure it enables them to afford such a
costly asset. If they are not in an appropriate state of finances, they otherwise should consider
renting a house that demands smaller fees and loosens the pressure on basic living expenses
thereafter. Moreover, such housing planning must also be reflected on other interdependent
factors, including requisite concordance between current working and living conditions, career
advancement in the future, and family plans in the long run. That is, the house should
correspond to the actual aspects of living of those who are to acquire it.

Regardless of the complications incurred in their consideration of making the buying decision,
if safely owning one, people can in return enjoy numerous benefits of having a house of their
own. In particular, they can better concentrate on their working lives and career development
thereon once their living conditions are eventually stabilized. Most importantly, if they are
inclined to build a home for themselves, a stable residence will ideally precondition the
orientation and development of their family planning.

In conclusion, it is appropriate to buy a house for oneself as long as it is affordable and complies
with the buyers' conditions and plans of living. In case it lacks affordability, people should look
for other alternatives that match their financial state of residence.
