1. Interest charged during moratorium period/ till EMI start date to be repaid seperately as & when applied/charged to
the account.
2. Any delay in the payment of installments/ Interest will entail penal interest of 2% p.a. on overdue amount for overdue
period.
3. Post dated cheques/ ECS mandate to be submitted for recovery of EMIs/ Interest.
4. To keep the bank informed about changes in address ( Residential/office) and place of posting upon transfer of job/
change of employer etc.
5. Acknowledgement of Debt & security document duly signed by borrower & guarantor to be submitted every year to
the Bank.

7. In case at any point of time it is found that any of the information provided to the Bank is Incorrect/false and/or the
loan to be aviled is not utilised for the specific purpose for which it has been lent, the Bank shall be at liberty to recall the
advance forthwith irrespective of the contracted terms of loan and charge penal/additional interest or take steps that
may be deemed fit by the Bank.
8. All applicable Bank charges (Processing/Documentation/Mortgage etc) shall be paid/ recovered before release of
Loan.
9. For existing customers maintaining account with the Bank, undertaking to maintain adequate balance & authority
letter for recovery of EMI to be submitted to the Bank.
10. The Bank has sanctioned the loan based on your decleration that - No disciplinary action/ or case is pending against
the Borrowers/Guarantors in any court of Law and also no Insolvency proceedings are initiated against any one nor
have any one been ever adjudicated insolvent.

Borrower Specific Terms And Conditions:-
1. 1.. Borrower shall strictly comply with the Banks policy on Responsible financing. In the event of failure to comply with
the said policy or any action/activities of borrower is in violation of the same, the bank shall be at liberty to recall the
credit facilities/refuse to grant credit facilities.
2.. Under this Offer CRP (Credit Risk Premium) Will be reviewed annually and shall be linked to CIBIL Personal loan
score on date of review. Business strategy discount is linked to review of account or one year whichever is earlier.
BSD/Concessions offered in the account to be withdrawn ab-initio, if the account is taken over by other Banks/FIs within
the period of one year from the date of sanction.
3. Bank shall have the right to sell, transfer, assign or securities the loan/ advance sanctioned and disbursed to you.
4. Bank shall have right to Re-valuation of property as per banks policy.
5. Legal Vetting Charges of Rs 3000 to be borne by borrower.
6. MOD(0.6% of Loan amount) to be paid to Telangana Govt which is common in any bank in this state(after
registration) and around Rs 2500 will be charges for supplementary legal opinion (after registration)
7. ECS activation Rs200+GST for ECS activation
8. Property insurance is mandatory(Based on the value of the building) as mentioned in Point no 8
9. Cibil and Cersai generation charges of each Rs 100+GST.
10. Franklin charges to be borne by borrower for execution of security documents.
Please note importantly that the above conditions are basic general conditions and the advance shall be governed
by other normal terms and conditions of the bank governing advances.
