PTA MEETING/STAKEHOLDERS CONVERGENCE/SOSA

SEPTEMBER 15, 2023
I. CALL TO ORDER
The school head called to order to have a meeting on June 15, 2023 at
1:30 in the afternoon at the Grade 3 Classroom. All participants are obliged to
follow and observe minimum health protocols.

4. Stakeholders
III. AGENDA
1. Discuss the Role of parents, pupils, teachers, BLGU Officials and
other stakeholders
2. Discuss the accomplishments of the school (Programs and Projects)
3. Report the Fourth Quarter SMEA
4. Other concerns.
IV. REPORTS
The meeting started with a prayer through a multimedia presentation
and the singing of Philippine National Anthem conducted by Mam Kim Melody
F. Silo. Attendance was checked by Mam RN R. Briol. The School Head
expressed his Words of welcome and presented agenda. He discussed the
importance and roles of every stakeholders in the education process.
He also discuss the Mission & Vision of the school and their part as
stakeholders. The school is the starting point of every Filipino to achieve
success and progress.
The school has been iterated the responsibilities of the teachers on this
matter. He highlighted full support of the teachers and the stakeholders. It is
vital and necessary in making the program successful, he stated. Education is
not a tool of success but success itself. Questions and other concerns by the
teachers were addressed by our School Head. The meeting was adjourned at
3:00 in the afternoon.
