Traits

Mimicry (Bardic Voice):

Singer can mimic any sounds he has heard, including voices. A creature that hears the sounds
can tell they are imitations with a successful DC 17 Wisdom (Insight) check. As a bonus action,
Singer can use his mimicry to cast Vicious Mockery or Dissonant Whispers without expending a
spell slot.

Expertise:
Singer’s proficiency bonus is doubled for Deception and Performance checks.

Spellcasting:
Singer is a 10th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit
with spell attacks). He has the following Bard spells prepared:

● Cantrips (at will): Mage Hand, Vicious Mockery, Minor Illusion

● 1st level (4 slots): Dissonant Whispers, Charm Person, Feather Fall, Disguise Self
● 2nd level (3 slots): Mirror Image, Hold Person, Detect Thoughts
● 3rd level (3 slots): Fear, Hypnotic Pattern, Sending
● 4th level (3 slots): Greater Invisibility, Dimension Door
● 5th level (2 slots): Modify Memory, Synaptic Static

Cunning Action:
Singer can take a bonus action on each of his turns to Dash, Disengage, or Hide.

Song of Deception (Recharge 5-6):

As an action, Singer can play an eerie melody that causes creatures of his choice within 30 feet
to make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, creatures are charmed by Singer for 1
minute. While charmed, they see Singer as a trusted ally. The charm effect ends if Singer or his
allies attack the charmed creature.

Actions

Multiattack:
Singer makes two attacks with his Rapier or casts a spell and uses his Bardic Mimicry ability.

Rapier:
Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target.
Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) piercing damage.

Bardic Mimicry (Vicious Mockery):

Singer can use his mimicry to cast Vicious Mockery without expending a spell slot. Target must
succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or take 10 (3d4) psychic damage and have
disadvantage on the next attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn.

Dissonant Whispers (1st-level, Bardic Mimicry):

Target must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw, taking 16 (3d6) psychic damage on a failed
save, or half as much on a successful one. On a failed save, the target must immediately use its
reaction, if available, to move as far as its speed allows away from Singer.

Reactions

Cutting Words:
When a creature that Singer can see within 60 feet makes an attack roll, ability check, or
damage roll, Singer can use his reaction to expend one use of Bardic Inspiration, rolling a d8
and subtracting the result from the creature’s roll.

Legendary Actions
Singer can take 2 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary
action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Singer regains spent
legendary actions at the start of his turn.

● Taunt: Singer uses his mimicry to disorient a target. One creature Singer can see within
30 feet must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or have disadvantage on their
next attack roll.
● Move: Singer moves up to his speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
● Mockery: Singer casts Vicious Mockery.

Lair Actions (Optional)

When in the Thieves Guild theater, Singer can take lair actions on initiative count 20 (losing
initiative ties):

● Shadows Shift: Singer dims the lights, creating an area of darkness in a 20-foot radius.
● Trapdoor: Singer triggers a hidden trapdoor, causing a section of the floor to open.
Dexterity saving throw DC 14 or fall prone and take 10 (3d6) bludgeoning damage.

Tactics

Singer prefers to manipulate and control the battlefield through trickery, illusions, and charm
effects. He uses Greater Invisibility and Mirror Image to avoid direct confrontation, relying on
spells like Fear and Hypnotic Pattern to incapacitate his foes. Singer enjoys taunting his
enemies and will use his mimicry to imitate their voices or loved ones during combat,
demoralizing them.
