INTRODUCTION

Work immersion is an invaluable experiential learning opportunity that allows individuals to


gain practical knowledge and skills in a professional environment. It provides a bridge between
academic learning and the demands of the workplace, offering firsthand exposure to industry
practices, workplace culture, and professional networks. Through work immersion, participants
have the chance to apply theoretical concepts in real-world settings, develop critical thinking
and problem-solving skills, and explore potential career paths. Overall, work immersion plays a
crucial role in preparing individuals for future employment and fostering personal and
professional growth..

Dear Readers,

The work immersion is one of the author's memorable experiences as a senior high school
student. She had learned different kind of things that makes her a better person. This
experience helped her to develop and improve her knowledge and skills. In this narrative
report, you will be able to read what she had experienced and learned in the ten days of her
work immersion and it will also show every detail of her activities.

This narrative report would be of great help to the next student who will undergo the work

At the end this Work Immersion program, as a learner, I am expected to:

• Enhance and home my initial capabilities for better usage.

• Be prepared to meet the needs and challenges of employment, entrepreneurship, and


higher education after graduation.

DURATION OF PLACE OF WORK IMMERSION

The work immersion took place at the office of the Barangay at Lumintao Quezon Bukidnon.
And 10 days to complete the eighty (8) hours requirements hence, spending eight (8) hours.
