Basic Pancakes:
Dry ingredients (large bowl)
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
Mix with a spoon
Wet ingredients (small bowl)
1 cup milk
1 large egg
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Whisk or fork to a smooth consistency
Pour wet into dry and mix until every bit of dry ingredient is part of the
liquid mix
For slightly thicker batter, add some flour - one tablespoon at a time until
desired consistency is reached.
If the batter is too thick, add some milk - one tablespoon at a time until
desired consistency is reached.

For a smoother cook of the berries (and pancakes that are blue!) mash the
berries before you add them to the batter.
