Significance of the Study:

The researchers believe that this study will significantly enhance student book selection
by implementing book arrangement methods in the library with the following
beneficiaries:

Students. Students of UPHSD will find resources more quickly and spend less time
looking when books are arranged better, giving them more free time for reading and
studying. It may influence how students perceive what they want to read with how they
engage in the book collection. Last, models for positioning books can be very much
related to the way students view functionality in the library. The students based on
organization models of books like Dewey decimal Classification, genre-based sorting,
Library of Congress Classification they will be able to see their sought-after books by
themselves without any difficulty.

Faculty Members: Faculty members receive help from libraries that offer a variety of
book arrangement methods, creating many information hubs. These methods provide
students with the privacy and space they need to efficiently access course materials for
their research projects, academic papers, and other educational pursuits.

School Administration. An up-to-date and well-utilised Library reflects favourably on the


University and shows it is committed to providing high quality facilities and resources.
These school administrators can use the benefits of book arrangement with different
models for the betterment of the institution, as this will help aspiring students to study in
their institution.

Researchers. This study provides insight on how the book arrangements models that
are used on libraries affect students' engagement in the libraries. This will also provide
new knowledge to researchers on what are the effective methods that can be used best
for libraries.

Future Researchers. This study can be used as support for other researchers about the
importance of book arrangement models to the student's library engagement. By this
study it can be used as a supporting detail to their work to provide added point to their
paper.

Parents. This study can help parents from knowing that your children can access high-
quality resources that will help them succeed academically and personally. Their kids
can go to a good institution with a good library place to help their kids achieve their
academic goals and have fun at the same time.
The study concentrates on the students at University of Perpetual Help System DALTA
(UPHSD) and how library is related to the book selection of the students and
beneficiaries, such as student's, faculty members, school administration and
researchers. When the books are arranged effectively, the library looks more inviting
that promotes a sense of wanting to explore other categories, genres, and authors,
making reading overall interesting for students. This new-found enthusiasm helps
students aim to explore academic as well as recreational reading material. This
investment in a broad array of organizational strategies is one that significantly
improves the learning processes for all users by making available an extensive range of
resources, from textbooks and reference materials to fiction and non-fiction literature.
