What started as a harmless student’s hoax to create the tiniest
elemental to ever exist, turned out to be a most impactful
invention. The student quickly learned that the compressed
energies of air fire, earth, and water of the millimental are
highly potent reactants. Harnessing these powers allowed the
creation of unconventional creatures, which led to the foundation
of the mischievous Institute of Microzoological Alchemy.
   Elemental Eldorado. A millimental is usually surrounded by a
considerable amount of elemental creatures living in harmony
with each other. Although these creatures aren‘t controlled by
the millimental, they tend to protect it and take its requests in a
most favorable way.

                                                                      Elemental Harmony. The millimental has advantage on Charisma
                                                                      (Persuasion) checks when interacting with elemental creatures.
                                                                      In addition, it has a soothing effect on elemental creatures.
                                                                      All elemental creatures within 300 feet of the millimental are
                                                                      unable to attack other elemental creatures. An elemental
                                                                      creature can make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw as a bonus
                                                                      action, being able to attack other elemental creatures until
                                                                      the end of its turn on a success.
                                                                      Super Tiny. Even when the millimental is in plain sight, it
                                                                      takes a successful DC 15 Wisdom (Perception) check to spot
                                                                      a millimental that has neither moved on its own nor taken any
                                                                      action. In addition, attack rolls against the millimental have
                                                                      disadvantage unless the millimental is incapacitated
                                                                      or restrained.
                                                                      A C T IONS
                                                                      Elemental Nova (Recharge 6). The millimental releases a pulse
                                                                      wave of elemental energy. Each elemental creature within 30 feet
                                                                      regains 10 (4d4) hit points. Each non-elemental creature within 30
                                                                      feet of the millimental must make a DC 14 Strength saving throw,
                                                                      or be pushed up to 20 feet away and knocked prone.
